I’m an elite endurance athlete and adventurer with an insatiable thirst to explore the world. I thrive in ultra trail running, obstacle course racing and endurance challenges. My journey is about exploring the full potential of our natural design. As a coach and athlete, my mission is to inspire others to follow that path and grasp every opportunity to become a better human.
Nominated Best Female Athlete 2014 by Mud Run Guide, I am 2nd in Canada in the Spartan Race Ranking and 16th in the United States with 18 podiums over 26 races in Canada, USA and France. I applied those skills in real life to overcome numerous obstacles in a year long quest and became, as of last June, the first women to cross the entire Koolau Summit Ridge in Hawaii, in self-sufficiency. I am the host of the community Take on the Challenge and I volunteer as an endurance athlete for non-profit organisations like Adventure Science. Driven and passionate, I am building a strong influence as a female role model.
Born two months premature, defying all odds and I turned that spirit of survival into a lifestyle. It lead me to hike solo 870k in the French Pyrenees, win my first 10k trail race, grow love for the sport by rapidly increasing race distances moving from 10k to 50k to 100 miles, achieve incredible performances in obstacle racing while pursuing exotic or off the beaten path endurance adventures.
